Project Introduction
The National Graphene Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center is located in the Huishan Economic Development Zone, Wuxi, Jiangsu Province. It was approved by the Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision on December 12, 2013 and built by the Wuxi Branch of Jiangsu Special Inspection Institute. On December 10, 2014, Jiangsu Provincial Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision officially approved the establishment of Graphene testing technology key laboratory in Jiangsu Province. On March 28, 2016, the General Administration of Quality and Technical Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China officially approved the establishment of the National Graphene Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. Graphene Center is the first national level Graphene inspection and detection technology service platform constructed under administrative license in China that can provide third-party inspection and detection services. The center has the inspection and testing capability of Graphene and related products, can undertake the government's statutory inspection and testing tasks, and can also directly provide Graphene enterprises with inspection and testing services for raw materials or products.
The National Graphene Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center covers an area of about 20 mu. The total investment in the construction of Graphene Center is about 130 million yuan, of which 50 million yuan is used to purchase high-end equipment for Graphene inspection and detection. Graphene Center now has Atomic force microscopy, organic element analyzer, differential thermal scanning, thermogravimetric analyzer, thermal conductivity meter, laser Raman spectrometer, infrared spectrometer, ultraviolet visible spectrometer, laser Confocal microscopy, X-ray fluorescence spectrometer, four probe proton absorption spectrometer, inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometer, vibrating density meter and other inspection and testing equipment. Graphene Center will also purchase field emission Transmission electron microscopy, Scanning electron microscope, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy analysis, X-ray powder diffractometer and other inspection and testing equipment in succession.
The National Graphene Product Quality Supervision and Inspection Center is a national inspection and detection technology service platform specialized in the inspection and detection of Graphene and related application products. Graphene Center now has 30 professional and technical personnel, including 2 doctors and more than 20 masters. Graphene Center took the lead in releasing 13 laboratory testing standards in the field of Graphene testing, and actively participated in the development of national standards. In December 2015, 25 Graphene inspection and testing items of 4 categories applied by the Center passed the CNAS on-site review.
